Villa Luppis
originates in the
year 1000, in the
point where the
rivers Livenza and
Medusa converge on
the border between
the Venitian
province of Treviso
and the Friulan
province of
Pordenone. First a
Benedictine convent,
later a Camaldolese
convent, it became,
at the beginning of
the 1800s, an
elegant countryside
residence belonging
to the Chiazza
Luppis family. In
1991 the descendants
of the family turned
it into a hotel with
39 rooms (6 Suite
and Junior Suite), |

maintaining unchanged its
original value, with ancient
furnishing every comfort, in
which a convivial and
hospitable atmosphere is
felt. A “gourmand”
restaurant, point of
reference of the territory,
swimming pool and tennis
court within in the
5-hectare park, bicycles,
shuttle busses to and from
Venice, privileged
conventions with Sport
Centres and clothing, wine
and gastronomy companies,
complete the quality of the
service offered to the
guests. Renowned and easily
reachable international
centres (such as Venice
which is 40 minutes away,
Cortina which is a 90-minute
drive away) and many
beautiful realities
(Treviso, Aquileia, Oderzo,
Sesto al Reghena) which are
less known and closer to us,
offer thousands of occasions
of cultural enrichment with
their architectonic
structures, natural oases,
panoramic itineraries,
permanent museums and
exhibitions that have
nothing less than more
famous places. The House
proposes particular deals
and suggests initiatives (
such as Cooking School, Wine
Tasting, Painting Classes,
Tours of the Castles,
Photographic Safaris in
naturalistic oases, etc)
tied to the more interesting
aspects of the territory.
